I got this problem today and i almost frozed.So for everybody who are facing this problem, this is what you have to do ( it worked for me,hope is going to work for you,too ) if you have a blog hosted on Blogger.com and have the same error here is what you have to do : go to layout ---> Edit HTML ----> and then click Revert widget templates to default , and you are done your blog will be up and running again.
